Description

Warm, gooey cookies packed with chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers, perfect for cozy evenings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Butter (cold, cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips and Chunks
  • (1) 7-ounce jar Marshmallow Fluff (or make homemade)
  • 2-3 Graham Cracker Sheets (bite-size pieces)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cold butter, brown sugar, and sugar for about 4 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla to the bowl and mix until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until there are no dry bits left.
  5. Stir in the milk chocolate chips, reserving 1 cup of chocolate chunks.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat mat.
  7. Form large 4-ounce balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes. While they bake, prepare the marshmallow fluff, chocolate chunks, and graham crackers.
  9. Add a dollop of marshmallow fluff to each warm cookie immediately after baking.
  10. Press reserved chocolate chunks and graham cracker pieces into the tops of the cookies.
  11. Let sit for about 10 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-5 days. Freeze cookies for longer storage.
