- 1 cup Butter (cold, cut into cubes)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips and Chunks
- (1) 7-ounce jar Marshmallow Fluff (or make homemade)
- 2-3 Graham Cracker Sheets (bite-size pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cold butter, brown sugar, and sugar for about 4 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the bowl and mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until there are no dry bits left.
- Stir in the milk chocolate chips, reserving 1 cup of chocolate chunks.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat mat.
- Form large 4-ounce balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. While they bake, prepare the marshmallow fluff, chocolate chunks, and graham crackers.
- Add a dollop of marshmallow fluff to each warm cookie immediately after baking.
- Press reserved chocolate chunks and graham cracker pieces into the tops of the cookies.
- Let sit for about 10 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-5 days. Freeze cookies for longer storage.
