Description

These festive cookies combine sweet, salty, and crunchy elements, making each bite exciting and perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Christmas M&M’s (plus more for garnish)
  • 3/4 cup Mini Pretzels (plus more for garnish)
  • 3/4 cup Potato Chips (salted)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sprinkles or Jimmies
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet or White Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the M&M’s, crushed pretzels, potato chips, sprinkles, and optional chocolate chips carefully.
  6. Scoop about 3-ounce portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers look slightly underbaked.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
